Winstina is a provisional psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology in 2021. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Winstina is passionate about providing a safe open space to enable her clients to explore their feelings and to feel comfortable in expressing themselves in a place without judgement. In her work Winstina uses an open-minded, flexible approach because she is passionate about working with clients in a collaborative way as she understands they are the experts on their own lives. She seeks to help clients regain confidence in themselves and to provide them with an open space to explore and express themselves and/or provide strategies that clients can implement in their life, if that is what they are seeking.
She is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults for depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, improving performance and self-esteem. She also has a strong interest in working with clients of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and clinical presentations.
