Sarah is a provisional psychologist with a commitment to helping people live their best life. She brings to her work maturity, life experience, and an appreciation of the challenges that people can experience navigating different stages of their life.
Sarah works with adults and adolescents, and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds. She uses evidence-based therapies and works collaboratively with clients to build a strong therapeutic alliance. She has a warm and compassionate manner and offers a non-judgemental space for clients to explore their aspirations and to challenge thinking patterns and behaviours that may be standing in the way of them achieving their goals.
Sarah comes to DS Psychology with a background in public sector law. Working as a Community Legal Service lawyer sparked her fascination with human behaviour and an appreciation of the value of psychological therapy in helping people manage life stressors and negative life experiences.
