Rachel brings a mature, empathic and caring approach, with years of experience engaging clients across the lifespan. She comes to DS Psychology with a background in music education and performance, inspired by the many students she has helped, Rachel has a long-term interest in supporting musicians experiencing performance anxiety and post-performance negative rumination.


Rachel is also interested in working with clients with presentations of anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues and general life vulnerabilities. She is also interested in working with individuals living with a psychosocial diagnosis or who experience a family member with a diagnosis of a psychosocial disability.


Rachel is compassionate, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ease in her relatability to a diverse range of clients. She believes in providing a non-judgmental and supportive space to work collaboratively with clients for their best outcomes in the shortest possible time frame.
