Employee Assistance Services (EAP’S)
EAP’s are designed to provide immediate solutions and early intervention to work place and personal problems. The ultimate objective is to improve overall work performance and address psychological issues impeding optimal work functioning.
Issues may include: stress, interpersonal conflict, performance issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and substance use
An EAP can be effectively tailored to the needs of the individual and the organization.
One of our trusted team members is available to come out to your school, nursing home or organisation to provide on-site consultation as needed.

Office based debriefing for workplace accidents, death, robbery or assault.
Injury management services
Injury management services are designed to facilitate adjustment back to work following psychological or physical injuries that are specifically work related and therefore involve workers compensation claims eg back injury incurred at work, depression related to work conditions
Therapy is designed to facilitate a workers return to work at the earliest point, which is ethically and psychologically beneficial to the individual and the work place.
Mediation and Conflict resolution
Mediation is a process of identifying individual problems from all relevant parties and utilising a structured approach to negotiate solutions, which satisfy both parties involved. In this way individuals are given an opportunity to feel heard and their concerns identified, the mediator then facilitates solutions for the conflict to be actively addressed and resolved.
