Jo comes to the reception team with over 8 years of experience working in both retail and medical customer service roles.  With her friendly and compassionate nature she enjoys being able to help people both over the phone and face to face.

Jo spends her spare time being “Mum’s taxi” to get her children to their afterschool and weekend sporting activities.  She also enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends.

Jo has a strong community focus and has volunteered with her children’s schools and sporting clubs and also for the past 10 years has volunteered her time to help raise funds for the RCH Good Friday Appeal.
