Helen is a registered psychologist with a passion for building hope and seeing lives lived to the full. She has a warm and collaborative approach and values developing strong therapeutic relationships. Using evidence-based treatment models, Helen works with clients to achieve positive client outcomes, individual goals and improved wellbeing.

Helen joins DS Psychology following a corporate career including relationship management, coaching, training, and leading high-performance teams in capacity building and attaining goals. She understands the value of building resilience and self-belief and acknowledges that there are times in life when it’s important to reach out for help. She values the inherent worth of all people and considers herself an ally of people with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
