Antoinette is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience providing individual and group counselling. Antoinette’s professional practice has included providing assessment, counselling and therapy in diverse settings such as private practice, the health care sector, aged care facilities and other community settings. She is able to see a wide range of clients including adults and young adults presenting with depression and anxiety conditions, loss and grief, life transitions, adjustment problems, stress management and relationship issues.
Antoinette approaches therapy with care and compassion, believing it is possible for people to make helpful and meaningful changes to enhance the quality of their lives and wellbeing. By providing empathic, non-judgemental and a caring atmosphere to explore concerns and assist clients to develop insight into unhelpful thoughts interpersonal patterns and develop skills to manage uncomfortable emotions, balance perspectives and create more helpful choices.
